2010 Memoirs Pinot Noir - $36

Memoirs is my fond personal tribute to my family. The 2010 Memoirs features a photo of “Little Mo”, a picture of me when I was ~2 years old.

The 2010 Memoirs is a blend of Pinot Noir crafted from five select top producing vineyards in the Dundee Hills, McMinnville & Yamhill-Carlton AVAs.  The diversity of the AVAs gives this wine a wide array of layered flavors & complexity.  On the palate, you get a burst of raspberry, spiced black cherry pie, savory notes and a rich texture highlighted with refreshing acidity.  Hints of clove, cinnamon, black pepper and pretty oak lingers on the lengthy finish.

The 2009 Memoirs was aged for 11 month in new and older French oak barrels.  This wine will age well and you can cellar it for 10-12 years.
